All submitted manuscripts undergo:

3. Double-Anonymous Peer Review – The journal follows a double-anonymous (double-blind) peer review process, where the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed to ensure an unbiased and fair evaluation.

Final publication decisions are made by the Editor based on reviewers’ recommendations and authors’ revisions.
